Photon voice

Unity version- 2019.4.6f1
photon voice version - v2.20.1

We have faced this below issue:

voice cannot connect for canada client while using "eu" region.

we have got this error message particularly canada client "Starting microphone failed: "Error initializing output device."

microphone type "Photon"

Please let me know for above issue.
